Betsy Cosper brings to Icynene more than 20 years of consumer packaged goods marketing experience across Canada, the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Icynene, Betsy led the global strategy and expansion of natural lawn and garden products for The Scotts MiracleGro Company. Preceding this, Betsy was the Senior Director of Marketing at Scotts Canada Ltd leading the growth of Scotts Turfbuilder to the number one share position in the market. Betsy holds a bachelor of science with honours and earned her MBA from McGill University, Montreal, and International MBA from Hautes Etudes Commerciales in France.
