The Technical Services Representative will provide daily technical support to the Icynene Licensed Dealer Network with respect to application, material and other related technical issues. Incumbents will also troubleshoot Dealer high pressure foam processing equipment and material problems in field locations along with providing email and telephone support as required. In addition, incumbents will be responsible for coordinating and conducting field trial sprays with potential new dealers to demonstrate Icynene superior product performance and Icynene Field Sprayer Certification Training Sessions including hands on spray demonstrations of proper application and techniques on construction sites. In addition, the incumbents will perform hands on troubleshooting and maintenance of in-house spray equipment. This position requires significant travel throughout the US with occasional field visits to Canada in support of both new and existing dealers.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Position: Senior Engineer, Commercial Projects

The Senior Engineer, Commercial Projects is responsible for managing and supporting the technical needs of the North American sales team particularly on commercial projects. His/her role is to identify and fill gaps in product approvals, certifications, technical documents (such as specifications, design details, technical data sheets, training materials, whitepapers, etc.) and marketing materials through testing, research, third party Engineering Evaluations (EEV’s), consultant projects and internally generated materials. Further, he/she will undertake and coordinate Icynene Engineering responses to inquiries from Icynene Dealers, Building Officials, Designers, General Contractors, and Building Owners with a specific focus on commercial projects. This individual will set priorities for work to address key technical issues constraining sales growth.
