Background
Samsung Construction built a 27-story condominium in Korea called Shereville. Koins Inc. was hired to address an insulation challenge associated with the project.

Problem
During the colder months, warm moist interior air was mixing with cold exterior air in the wall cavity surrounding the windows and condensation was occurring. The condensation was causing water damage in the interior condominium units.

Solution/Results
Icynene^® was used to insulate the exterior wall. Icynene^® provided the needed conductive insulation and air sealing necessary to ensure that condensation did not form from air infiltration. The condominium is now completed and occupied, with no reports of further condensation.
